Explore Amazon Black Friday Universe in Milan

At the beginning of this month, eBay partnered with Outernet to bring a festive immersive shopping experience to visitors of Tottenham Court Road tube station in central London. The experience illuminated eBay items in festive lights on giant 360° screens, with visitors able to scan QR codes leading directly to eBay listings.

This week, over in Milan, we’ve seen Amazon follow suit with their own immersive shopping experience. Launching their Black Friday Universe pop-up which will run from 26th November to 1st December 2024. Celebrating Black Friday Week, it features deals, gift ideas, and interactive experiences, while Amazon.it hosts thousands of online deals across Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

It serves to remind that offline still plays an important part in the customer journey and experience. And will no doubt ensure Amazon stays front of mind for Italian shoppers this year.
